Yes, you can pack shoes in your cabin baggage. However, be sure to respect the weight and size limits imposed by the airline. Shoes are generally considered personal belongings and pose no particular problem. To optimize space, place them in special bags or pouches and place them strategically in your luggage. If you receive incorrect, missing and/or defective goods, please contact your carrier immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all references associated with the receipt of your parcel. The AirCompanion is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipment. If you’ve bought the wrong item, just buy the right one. Once the wrong item has been delivered, send it back to us and we’ll give you a full refund.

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be credited to your account. If you have not yet received credit for your return, please contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
